Remaining balances are due upon project completion or delivery of milestones

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property

NH Digital Blueprint retains ownership of all design concepts, frameworks, and code until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design (including website files and graphics) transfers to the client.

NH Digital Blueprint reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, plugins). We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or data handling practices of these third parties. Each third party’s terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.
